the process.
phase 1:
let's chat!
We will start off with a 1 hour on site meeting, where we will complete a walk through of the space. This is where we will discuss your wants + needs, time-frame, and budget for the project. In this phase we ask that you provide as much information as possible to us in regards to your expectations for the space, your likes + dislikes, and the overall purpose you wish the space to serve.
phase 2:
concept development.
This phase is where we propose to the client the overall feel and flow of the finished space based on the information provided to us in the consultation phase. We will provide inspirational images of rooms and details we want to incorporate into each area that will help to visualize the end goal for the space.
phase 3:
the design & presentation
Progressing from the approved concepts, we will then present our floorplans, elevations, concepts and 3D renderings to illustrate the final design. We will also present tangible samples to clients, where we can touch and feel finishes and fabrics and chat about the fine details.
phase 4:
construction documentation
During this stage, all approved elements from the final design will be documented in permit ready construction documentation & millwork drawings for your space.
In this phase we will also provide project management for the scope of work through the completion of your project.
